InYourFaceRadio.net is "the #1 fastest growing political talk station" on the net.
Most of our listeners are between 19-60 years old (fairly evenly distributed between the genders), with above-average net savvy. We have reached many unique listeners in 64 countries across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, service men and women in the Middle East and throughout North and South America.
Can anyone Host a Show?
No. We have strict guidelines as to the suitability and appropriateness of our programs. Many Hosts contact us with terrific show content but don’t meet the eligibility requirements.
Here are few requirements: You must be 21 or over, have a face for radio and some kick ass material.
So far so good? Meet all the requirements and we’ll extend an invitation. We’ve turned down many hosts, even though they offered to sponsor the station, because they did not meet our qualification standards.
Is Internet radio as professional as AM/FM radio?
Yes – Listen to some of the pod cast on the home page.
When you host your show on our InYourFaceRadio.net, you are provided with a wide range of technical support, depending on your specific needs.
Why should I be a Host on InYourFaceRadio.net?
We believe our total package is unbeatable!
Low cost, extensive amenities and the ability for your show to grow as fast as our audience expands. Plus we pay our Hosts commissions! We are large enough to offer you professional service, yet small enough to work with you individually. A common complaint we hear from hosts on other networks is that costs are high, and they still end up doing all of the work themselves. At InYourFaceRadio, we regularly receive feedback from hosts, syndicates, guests and advertisers alike, thanking us for going far beyond their expectations to ensure complete satisfaction.
What would my On Air hours be?
Air times not already taken by other hosts and when IYFR feels whatever time best suits the content or listener ship of your type of show.
What if I can’t commit to a full time show?
Can’t commit? Try our Guest Host program
The Guest Host program is for Host’s with busy schedules or those who want to give it a voice and have no outlet for it.
If we feel you have a terrific concept we can arrange for you to pick up airtime. It’s that simple.
However, the Guest Host program cannot conflict with regularly scheduled programs.
Is there a cost to Host my own show on a full time basis?
It takes about 5 man-hours to produce a 1-hour program on our end, so the station incurs substantial costs in production of your show including: labor, programming, audio bandwidth, storage, pod casting, licenses and advertising.
Compared to "Bartered Time”
Conventional AM/FM radio stations charge $250-$500 per hour pay-to-play. Other online radio stations charge $75-$200 per hour * pay-to-play.
Our charge is only $12.50 per hour of airtime based on a 3 month commitment! Plus we pay COMMISSIONS!!
Once you’re assigned a rate it can be extend further into a mutually agreed upon longer-term contract at the same rate. However, this is a promotional rate and won’t last long.
We feel a 3month trail period is sufficient time to see if we are compatible. It also means you’ve made a solid commitment to IYFR, your show and your listeners.
How can I earn a commission?
Commissions are a great way to offset the cost of production. Bring us a sponsor and you get a commission.
We accept conventional audio advertisements, featured sponsor, banner ads, blogger. Check out our Advertise page.
We can also work with you to accept general sponsorship and guest sponsorships. You as the host are responsible for acquiring your sponsors, however, you receive commissions from that sponsor.
That means … you earn a COMMISSION from everyone who sponsors on your show!
What are the Commissions paid to a Host?
It varies based on the type of sponsorship someone purchases, but with the commissions paid by IN YOUR FACE RAFIO, not only can you cover the cost of your show, but your can make a nice income!
Ex: Someone you know purchases just 1 Featured Sponsored ad. A Featured Sponsored ad is 85.00 per month. Your commission is 30% … that’s $25.50! Your show is paid for, plus you made money.
Get just 2 Featured Sponsors per month … get 3 … get 8 … well, you do the math. Not bad for a 2 hour show.
What if I cannot cover the full cost of production?
If you have an original show concept and we think you have potential, we’ll do what we can.
We feel our rates are well below market and it gives Host’s an opportunity they will not get elsewhere.
